1. Have a current and valid contractor’s license.
   
   
2. Have current and valid contractor’s insurance.
   
   
3. Be financially capable of performing any aspect of the work you choose to bid on.
   
   
4. Ensure there are no outstanding liens, lawsuits, or judgments against your company that could affect or hinder the performance of a D&R Services Construction Inc. job site or their customers.
   
   
5. Adhere to and follow the drug-free program, accident prevention program, all state and current laws, and the policies and procedures for dealing with customers, clients, and coworkers in a safe and friendly manner when working on a D&R Services Construction Inc. job site.
   
6. Ensure your employees agree to operate under the time allotments for access and egress of any job site based on customers and locations.
   
   
7. Agree to hold D&R Services Construction Inc., any customer project, or any agent of D&R Services Construction Inc. harmless for any situation, including safety violations, physical damage, or theft caused by any employee or representative of your company.
